What would be the best item to symbolize a corporate commitment to supporting the mentally handicapped athletes who are supposed to participate in Special Olympics in Pyeongchang in January, 2013? Shinhan Card Company decided to donate "special scarves" to the intellectually disabled athletes in the game with the idea that just as various colors do play their parts to form such beautiful rainbow, the distinctive colors featuring the "special scarves" shall mean -- in their genuine wish -- "hope" that every individual in the society -- regardless of you are mentally slow or not -- is a cherished member to make the planet much happier and better.
