LG's LTE phone announcement signals the neck-to-neck race against its home-turf rival Samsung will be increasingly competitive down the road. LG Electronics announced the Opimus LTE Ⅱ, its flagship LTE smartphone has shipped a total of 150,000 units in just 10 days since its hitting the market. LG said "diffrentiating factors" are attributable to Opimus LTE Ⅱ's earlier success: powerful memory capacity of 2GB Ram to match a notebook; powerful battery life to meet the growing needs of on-the-go lifestyle users; much enhanced energy efficiency; and distinctive User interface to maximize convenience of using this LG's strategic smart phone.
