Seoul, Korea ¶ June 7, 2012 -- The second brand of Korean coffee chain Caffé Bene invites a “Tasting Panel of 100 Customers” before the official launch of Black Smith, an upscale Italian restaurant. At this final dress rehearsal, customers will appraise the food and service quality offered by Black Smith.
Anyone who wants to participate in the tasting panel can apply to book a table at the website www.blacksmith.co.kr for a couple. The application will be open through the 14th for the tasting on the 16th, 17th, and the 20th.
The industry sources say the tasting event will be more of a role playing training usually applied in corporate sales sector that the customers will play out unscripted emergency situations and the staff will have to answer all the FAQ on site giving the opportunity for the company to check on their services and preparations before the grand opening of the brand stores.
A Black Smith official said they have devised various tools to maintain the service and food quality, introducing “a restaurant review team” who would visit the stores unannounced for evaluation purposes. He added the company is determined to offer premium dining experiences with quality food and service.
