A software coding expert refers to a software developer specialized at creating source codes with programming language. The coding expert will be part of the company’s software development projects acting in the capacity of an enterprise-wide software mentor.

Seoul, Korea ¶ June 28, 2012 -- LG Electronics has set out to nurture the workforce skilled at software coding. On June 26, the company held a matriculation ceremony at its Seocho R&D Campus in Seoul in the presence of the CTO Ahn Seung-Kwon and Software Capacity Building Center head Kim Su-Ok, among others.

A software coding expert refers to a software developer specialized at creating source codes with programming language. LG Electronics selected 15 finalists for the training session after in-depth interviews with a group of candidates who had been picked from a series of competition and peer referrals.

The coding expert will be part of the company’s software development projects acting in the capacity of an enterprise-wide software mentor. In addition, he will be supported with performance-based incentives and chances to participate in overseas conferences and seminars. The company will also offer promotion opportunities for those highly competent coding experts to become senior research fellows.
