Seoul, July 27 (Whowired) -- Just ahead of the summer vacation season, SK Telecom showcased its newest voice over LTE technology in a submarine for tourists at Seogwipo,JejuIsland. In addition, SK Telecom has designated the summer vacation season from July 16 to August 15 as the special heavy traffic time. To respond to increased communications needs, the company installed 30 more mobile base stations while increasing the capacity of 994 LTE base stations in major resort areas.
