The "Magic Mirror" looks just like any other mirror in normal times, but the user approaches to it, the sensor in the mirror turns it into a high-quality LCD display screen.

Seoul, Aug 07 (Whowired) -- Daewoo Engineering & Construction said it has developed industry-first "Smart Life Information" device using the mirror on the door entrance as the display. On the display, one can check and operate the weather, his car's parking spot, elevator call-up, gas valve shutoff, security setting, and many more.

The "Magic Mirror" looks just like any other mirror in normal times, but the user approaches to it, the sensor in the mirror turns it into a high-quality LCD display screen.

A Daewoo E&C technical staff said, "The Smart Life Information" device permits the user to check everything before leaving home. We expect it to get good reviews from users." The device will be installed in the new apartment complex built in Seoul's Songpa area by Daewoo E&C.
