‘Osteoprima’ is the measuring instrument dedicated for AP-Spine & Femur (Forearm option) for prevention and treatment inspection of osteoporosis, and is the bed-type device of DEXA type where future fracture risk and trending inspection are available.

In case of Spine & Femur, it accurately scans the area with 40% or greater of trabecular bone so that the estrogen and treatment reaction can be sensitively and accurately tested, and configured measurement reflecting the individuality of the patient is available. It features not only soft tissue correction but also accurate bone edge measurement, and the K-edge filter with pencil beam method with smaller exposure.

After handling, the result per patient can be monitored, and the compact, stylish and ergonomic design and powerful and rich diagnostic software allows for scanning the AP-Spine & Femur region in interest within a short period of time.

Also, it can be operated easily and conveniently with mouse controls in the Windows XP environment familiar to the operator, and the automatic analysis of ROI and manual analysis of region in doubt are available so that various interpretations are provided.
