Seoul, Korea ¶ Danal Media, the online game and social media services company, revealed that it has launched a new smartphone messenger service “SaljaTalk” by which adult users in their 20s or older could share information, videos, and messages with each other.
One feature distinguishing the new service from other existing ones is that it provides a variety of videos on financial market updates, weather forecast, news, and jokes, in addition to allowing the user to exchange free-of-charge messages with others on the friend list.
Danal Media’s president Yoon Kwang-Joon said, “Even though there are many messenger services on the market as millions of users take up the smartphone, still not many of them cater to the needs of adult users. We will provide a differentiated service for this age group and hope to create a playground for them.”
