Seoul, KOREA ¶ May 08, 2012 -- When paid on credit, “Good Friends Card” will grant you 20% discount at restaurants, coffee houses, and social commerce member stores, 60 won discount per gas liter at gas stations, 5% discount at large retailers such as Emart, Homeplus, Lottemart and others.

If you set up autopay at the IBK checking account for the credit card balance, you will be exempted from ATM fees for money transfers and for money withdrawals up to 10 times per month, while getting 70% of discount on money exchange fees and etc.

With the Credit/Debit Card, the amount less than the set amount of 10,000 won to 1,000,000 will be charged on debit and the bigger amounts on credit. However, swiping the debit card will also give you the competitive benefit package of 4,000 won discount on movie tickets and 20% discount at restaurants, coffee houses, and social shopping sellers.

Celebrating the launch of IBK Credit/Debit card, IBK distributes 3,000 won worth of gas discount Giftcon to 10,000 new clients signed up for “IBK Good Friends Card” by the end of June. IBK will also draw raffle to give away 50,000 won, 300,000 won, and 100,000 won worth of Giftcons to 365 clients.

A marketing staff at IBK said IBK added some of the top end services for younger generations. He added he wants the Good Friend card to make a good company to the clients for a long time.
