Seoul, Korea¶ May 30, 2012 -- KT announced on May 29 that it would soon introduce a new service “Olleh Card Manager” that sends out a cumulative credit card statement via text message. The company expects the service may help the users manage their personal finance.

At the cost of 500 won (approximately 42 U.S. cents) a month, the subscriber can receive text message alerts whenever she uses her credit card telling her how much she has spent so far. Parents can take advantage of this service to supervise their children’s credit card spending habits.
