Seoul, Aug 06 (Whowired) -- LG Electronics will hold a "Cinema 3D Goggles Experience" event to promote the 3D goggles to the public. To that end, the company will provide 50,000 goggles at such movie theaters as the CGV locations at Youngdeungpo, Gangbyeon, Wangsipri, and Yongsan, replacing the conventional 3D glasses.

During the special event period, LG Electronics will give away special coupons to every visitor to the theaters. The holder of the coupon can receive free-of-charge Cinema 3D glasses family pack at select LG Best Shops.

The family pack consists of two sets of goggles and two sets of ultra lightweight clip-style goggles for glass wearers. It also includes two movie tickets to CGV 3D movie theaters.
