Kia Motors developed K9 mobile applications with the “Function Manual Camera” which features relevant information on each functional button when they are caught in the focus of the smartphone camera.

Seoul, KOREA ¶ May 02, 2012 -- With the number of smartphone users surpassing 26 million this year, the interest on mobile content has grown exponentially, but when it comes to the mobile content the first thing that comes to many tech-savvy minds is the mobile application.

Offering a bit of fun and efficiency in our lives, a host of mobile applications have been published ranging from games, personality tests, Photoshop, public transportation schedule information, and you name it. These mobile applications have gone another length from simply providing fun, informative, and convenient features to becoming more of marketing and promotional tools.

Although it takes the designer, application developer, and the serious budget to make a mobile application—which naturally puts small businesses at a disadvantage—these mobile applications could raise brand recognition and the bottom line.

Recently, Kia Motors developed K9 mobile applications with the “Function Manual Camera” which features relevant information on each functional button when they are caught in the focus of the smartphone camera. The catch is to give users the access to the detailed information and manual of various cutting-edge technologies adopted in the K9 and to offer virtual experience with smart devices.

After a series of App developments and promotional campaigns for each of new launches of the Forte, Morning, K5, and Pride, Kia Motors plan to further diversify their digital marketing strategies with mobile application development.
