[WONJU = Whowired] October 21, 2011 -- Medical device manufacturer Furun Medical (CEO Byung-Mo Kang, www.furunmedical.com) has released personal product ‘Kegel Trainer’ to follow hospital urinal incontinence curer.
Furun Medical succeeded in developing the world’s first external urinal incontinence curer which enables the real-time monitoring of contraction/relaxation of pelvic muscle with the clothes on, and is recognized for the product capability by supplying to domestic ob/gyn clinics and urology, rehabilitation, digestive internal clinics, and health centers, while also exporting to foreign areas.
Based on this, it has recently released the ‘Kegel Trainer’ which is a home product for convenient use at homes.
Kegel exercise is known to be good for both men and women, but it is hard to contract the muscle out of sight solely by one’s own will. Thus, the existing urinal incontinence curer involved inserting a small device inside the female vagina to detect the contraction/relaxation of the pelvic muscle and monitor the numbers/graphs while exercising, but it is true that such involved inconvenience.
The ‘Kegel Trainer’ of Furun Medical enables strengthening pelvic muscle through weight training without inserting a device while having the clothes one, thus there is no unclean feeling at all and it is easy to use.
Also, unlike the existing insertion-type product, both wife and husband can make use of it, thus being more efficient and economical.
In the meantime, Furun Medical possesses the original technology patent rights for the basic principle of ‘Kegel Trainer’ in countries such as U.S., Europe, Japan, China, Canada, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Vietnam etc. based on which it is focusing on exportation.
