(“Nexon”) (3659.TO), a worldwide leader in free-to-play online games, today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) / 3:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Following the release, Nexon management will host a conference call to discuss the results and outlook at 10:30 p.m. JST / 9:30 a.m. EDT. The call will be conducted in English and can be accessed via live audio webcast on Nexon’s Investor Relations website. A transcript of the conference call will be available on Nexon’s Investor Relations website a few days after the live webcast.

The Company will host a presentation in Tokyo, Japan on August 10, 2012 for institutional investors and financial analysts to discuss Nexon’s financial results and outlook. Details about the presentation will be posted in Japanese and English on Nexon’s Investor Relations website.
