[SEOUL = WhoWired] July 29, 2011 - Samsung Electronics held the Summer Kimchi Festival to help underprivileged neighborhoods in local communities near the company’s Kiheung and Hwasung campus. Samsung’s Device Solution division started the festival in 2008, in an effort to bring happiness and hope to local communities around the Samsung Nano City, located in Hwasung. In this year’s festival, around 250 employees and local residents joined together making summer kimchi, and delivered it to local neighbors in need.
