[SEOUL=WhoWired] September 15, 2011 -- Lotte Engineering & Construction Ltd., (Lotte E&C) singed a $110million deal with a Mongolian company to build a upscale hotel in the center of Mongolia. Lotte E&C announced on Sep 15 that it struck a construction agreement -- worth USD 110M -- with Monglyn ALT Corporation (MAK) of Mongolia to construct Hyatt Regency Hotel Project in which the Korean builder is to participate in the phase 1 of the construction project.

The Hyatt Regency Hotel, if completed, will stands at a height of 200m (41 stories plus one underground) and an area of 65,468㎡ in total and provide 230 rooms along with service-purpose apartment and office building. The construction will begin in September of this year and will be finalized in September of 2014.
