[Seoul, Korea=Whowired] July 16, 2012--Korean medical equipment specialized company Goodpl (CEO Chi-Seong Jeong, www.goodpl.kr) acquired patents for two technologies of ‘suction locking device’ and ‘heat-exchanging ventilation device and heat-exchange module used for it.’

First, ‘suction locking device’ is a new technology that blocks the unintended air discharge in absence of absorption, thus enabling an even stronger absorption capacity. This technology was developed for common usage in various areas of Goodpl’s main products such as ‘medical laser irradiator’ and ‘low-frequency stimulator,’ ‘interference current-type low-frequency stimulator,’ etc., and has already been completed for foreign PCT application in last May.

Also, as a part of growth for promising exporters, target foreign countries shall be selected in future considering business value, and the patent registration will also be conducted for those certain countries.

Another patented technology, ‘heat-exchanging ventilation device and heat-exchange module,’ is a device that supplies the indoor air outside and external air inside, delivering the heat energy of the indoor air to the newly entering external air before letting out the indoor air, thus improving the heat efficiency indoors.

Especially, the heat exchange module is vertically installed for a layered structure, in turn reducing the overall size of the ventilation device, so that its size is smaller than other heat-exchanging ventilation devices, which is useful for utilization of indoor spaces and areas.

In the meantime, Goodpl won the citation of Ministry of Employment and Labor Gangwon Office on 14th of last month for its contribution to the open employment expansion and local job creation through hiring young talents and exemplary stabilization of labor-management relations through upright and clean corporate management. Also, it was honored by being selected two years in a row for the 15 ‘best companies to work for’ among the promising companies in Gangwondo.
