May is Family Month in Korea. And Energizer Korea, a battery company, is seizing on this season to stage a family-oriented CSR campaign called "Positive Energy Toys Donation" during May.
As part of its global CSR program "That's Positive Energy", this campaign features a family participation: parents and their kids can join forces to give helping hands to the underprivileged children by donating their "idle toys" or toys in not use any more for them.
Energizer Korea's brand tagline, “That’s Positive Energy campaign,” focuses on power of positive energy that helps make this world much better -- well-designed brand slogan tapping its business character and one of the most ubiquitous marketing tactics: CSR
The campaign works like this: once you donate your "idle toys" to Energizer headquarters, they transform the used ones into nearly new toys through the processes of cleaning, repairing and sterilizing and most important, they insert their "battery" to revitalize the formerly marginalized toys thereby to give a new vigor to the toys and kids in want of those ones and love.
