LG Electronics is to cash in on "celebrity fever" with its interactive marketing featuring Kim Tae Hee, one of the best beauty icons in Korea. LG announced it opens kimTaehee.com (http://taeheedios.com) today -- a first celebrity featuring interactive website marketing for Korean electronics industry.
Kim has been an endorsement model for Dios, LG’s flagship premium refrigerator model, so any inquiries regarding LG Dios can be returned with the beauty icon’s enchanting demonstration on the website. Here is how it works: when a visitor inserts any question regarding LG electronics’ Dios, the famous actress pops up on the page to answer you; when you jot down 'Magic Space' for example, into the search bar, the beauty icon displays videos which compare the merit of Magic Space to other competitive models in the market.
Other than as an endorsement model for LG’s products, Kim has been responsible a host of other brands: Cyon, Paris Baguette, LG, iriver, Hera, Ohui, Vivian, Daewoo Matiz, Klasse, Samsung, Beans Avenue, Olympus and you name it. She is best known for her roles in Korean dramas such as Iris and Stairway to Heaven.
