Seoul, KOREA ¶ Dec 30, 2011 (Whowired) -- LG Electronics (CEO Koo, Bon-joon, www.lge.co.kr) is reported to have signed a partnership agreement with Walt Disney Co., the world’s leading media and entertainment company (“Disney”). Under the partnership, users of LG Cinema 3D Smart TV can enjoy a wide variety of 3D content provided by Disney at home.

This week LG Cinema 3D Smart TV is set to show the popular animation movie ‘The Lion King 3D,’ released in the Korean market on the 29th. LG Electronics is planning to provide Disney’s other famous works such as ‘Toy Story,’ ‘Toy Story 2,’ ‘Bolt’ and ‘The Nightmare before Christmas’ in 3D versions.

The Smart TV users will be able to download Disney’s 3D masterpieces using ‘3D World,’ a representative application of LG Cinema 3D Smart TV.
