Getting Your Children to eat healthy breakfast can be really hard, but it really is the most important meal of the day. So with this said, getting them to eat a healthy, nutritious breakfast which gives them long lasting energy and brain fuel to get through the day is really important I know the easiest way to get my children to eat breakfast is to add some chocolate to it! The chocolate, which they consume, is made from cocoa powder and sugar, which is a blend of, organic (erythritol and stevia). This makes their breakfast healthy and delicious.
